Sat:  Warm Power Vinyasa for Beginners with Bridget Reipel - a Power Vinyasa class, designed for beginners. The vinyasa flow and sun salutations are much slower and broken down posture by posture. Students can come to this class with questions about certain postures and areas of the vinyasa flow and breath work where they may need help. Also a great refresher class for seasoned practitioners to go back to the basics and work on alignment and breath

Sat  Hot Dharma Flow with Jeff Seymour ~ The Dharma Mittra yoga is a dynamic vinyasa flow to warm up the body and prepare the mind for the deeper poses and practices of Yoga, including inversions, deep relaxation, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. By unifying the physical, mental and emotional bodies, strengthening and toning muscles, glands and internal organs, we experience fantastic inner calm and self-control immediately, ultimately leading us to Self-knowledge and realization. Experience the continuous flow of prana (cosmic energy) through the spinal column, emanating deep into all areas of the physical, metabolic, intuitive and bliss bodies.

Sun:  Ashtanga Inspired Vinyasa with Bridget Reipel -  All levels are welcome.   Enjoy a thoughtful asana practice with a conscious sequence of sun salutations, standing and seated postures, twists, backbends and inversions.  Explore how movement and breath are linked throughout, guiding the student to discover a steady breath and calm mind in all areas of practice.  Come to take your practice to the next level or to just chill out and rejuvenate before a full day of work or play.

Sun:  Breath, Asana, Meditation with Michael: Some say this is the way yoga is meant to be practiced.  Initially focussing on the breath, dropping into onesefl then moving in a sychroned breathcompelting the practice in live music with a touch of meditation

Mon:  Core Flow with Margo – Everyone's favorite Monday nite vinyasa style practice.  Intelligently sequenced with a splash of humor and humming song that only Margo can deliver.  The vibe is challenging yet, inspiring.  We invite mindfulneess in standing poses, playfulneess in balancing, compassion in back bending and adventure with inversions delivering a restful state.

Wed:  Kick Butt LOL ~ Serena Soffer | hollywood cheorographer Serena Soffer creates the vibe of one of our most popular HOT flow for the strong yet light hearted.  Sessions are full of Ah Hah moments captured in dynamic energy of HEAT & HOLD.  It's 2011 and we're going upside down, on our heads or floating up to our hands.  Either way, folks release stress, feel as if they left 5 pounds of gunk on the floor and know they're coming back.  Serena is a good 2011 addiction and the possibilities are limitless.

Fri AM -  Hot Power Vinyasa with Reggie  - Join neighbors in a traditional vinyasa series of dynamic more rapid flow that detoxifies, heals and rejuvenates the body., This open level power vinyasa class cultivates strength, endurance, focus, balance, and flexibility. The room is heated to 90 degrees with 40 humidity to help facilitate the integration of sweat, strength and spirit. Whether you are a beginner yogi or an elite athlete, come and experience the life changing, body transforming, calorie burning and mind calming effects of a regular hot power vinyasa practice. Fri PM -  Yogi Lush is a Vinyasa & Vino features alternating instructors:  Margo, Serena & Special Guest Instructors - Join the community in a Friday nite HOT vinyasa flow followed by organic vino tasting. Erin's continuous sequencing and held posturing creates muscle fatique along with a deep cleansing practice - topped with complimentary vino, showers and community fun.

kids . . . birthday parties | Zumba | Hip Hop

Sat & Sun & Weekdays Pre-teen birthday parties & gatherings - taught by a teen Ashtanga student Gwyneth, the class focuses on each student's "beauty snatchers - that which makes them feel ugly" and let's them liberate through a fire center which they drop the "beauty snatcher" into.  Afterwards yogis write that which gives tme beauty on the mirror wall and the class unites through positive reinforcement.   Gwyneth's unique flow emphasizes: sociability requesting student playlist creations, posture practice, class intention. We provide space to breathe, relax and interact in a non-competitive process. After wards teens are welcomed to chill at basin bar to mingle with friends while waiting for parent pick-up.
